Find your direction. Take your next step.
Explore your options with relevant alumni mentors around the world. Start with what matters to you, the experience you already have and the questions you want to explore.

A journey shaped around you.
Start with your needs
Complete your profile and PACE needs analysis. Describe your career interests, target markets, existing strengths and the support you would find useful.
Choose an alumni mentor
Explore mentors in your university’s directory by their experience, sector, country and availability. Request a match; your mentor decides whether they can help.
Make the conversation yours
Follow a personalised plan of six or eight conversations. Prepare using suggested questions and discuss your strengths, skills gaps, professional relationships and where you could fit.
Understand how your field is changing
Ask your mentor how AI and other developments affect their work. Identify three changes, three capabilities that matter and one or two actions to prepare.
Put insight into practice
Complete agreed actions, share what you learned and receive feedback. An optional guided project can produce a presentation, analysis or other output you can discuss with employers.
Recognise your progress
Record conversations and completed tasks, reflect through PACE check-ins and retain mentor-reviewed project records. Employment is not guaranteed; the aim is better-informed choices and useful development.
Your next step starts with a conversation.
Explore the PACE approach and see how six or eight conversations support your development.
